Mallard Heating & Air is hiring a Remote Caller to join our team as a Remote Customer Service & Scheduling Specialist (HVAC). This fully remote, full-time role serves as the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and making outbound calls when possible.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, remains calm under pressure, stays highly organized, and can work independently in a remote setting.

Mallard Heating & Air is looking for a reliable and professional Remote Caller to join our growing team. This role is essential to our day-to-day operations and customer experience, serving as the first point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Perform outbound calls during downtime to generate and confirm appointments
• Maintain organization of schedules, customer information, and follow-ups
• Represent Mallard Heating & Air with professionalism and a positive attitude on every call
