Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC installations and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; able to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools such as an Ohmmeter to identify problems with electrical components.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns promptly.
• Design and build custom HVAC solutions based on specific client needs.
• Operate company vehicles for service calls and transportation of equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning and refrigeration. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
