Mallard Heating & Air is hiring a Remote Caller to join our team as a Remote Customer Service & Scheduling Specialist (HVAC). This fully remote, full-time role serves as the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and making outbound calls when possible.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, remains calm under pressure, stays highly organized, and can work independently in a remote setting.
