Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior packet review / QI experience preferred.
• Coding certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages schedules for all patients and updates agent availability.
• Initiates infection control forms and handles related reports.
• Back-up during lunch/busy times and assists with case conferences.
• Maintains hospitalization log and coordinates notes with staff.
• Ensures supervision visits and scheduling of add-ons and orders.
• Prepares weekly schedules and reviews for productivity and geographic issues.
• Verifies visit notes and assists with patient transfers between branches.
