Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3 years in a health business office.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and multi-line phone services preferred.
• Experience handling insurance verification and prior authorization processes.
• Healthcare setting experience (physician practices, clinics, or hospitals) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Makes and coordinates patient appointments across Campbell Clinic locations.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits before scheduling and manages prior authorizations.
• Handles inbound calls, uses scheduling software, and contacts patients to schedule.
• Trains and onboards new hires on scheduling protocols and system use.
• Meets daily call quotas and coordinates referrals from hospitals and partners.
