Job summary

Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics seeks a Scheduling Supervisor to lead the Scheduling and Operator Teams within the Administration function. You will drive performance, coach staff, and monitor processes to meet organizational goals.

You will participate in hiring, onboarding, and training, while maintaining playbooks and dashboards for reporting. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in medical practice, hospital or similar setting with supervision responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult people and situations.
• Strong delegation, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Numerical and computation skills for reporting and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily performance, productivity, and processes of the Scheduling and Operator Teams.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to promote individual and team success.
• Maintain and update the Scheduling Specialist and Operator Playbooks.
• Establish, monitor, and help achieve departmental KPIs.
