Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor in Nashville to lead the Scheduling and Operator Teams. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and drive process improvements to achieve KPIs.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus experience in medical practice scheduling and HIPAA/OSHA awareness. Reporting to the Director of Administration, this position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree preferred.
• Experience supervising teams in medical practice or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily performance, productivity, and processes of Scheduling and Operator Teams.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to promote success.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and quarterly conversations.
• Maintain Scheduling Specialist and Operator Playbooks.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for the department.
• Audit scheduling and calls; provide feedback and coaching.
• Develop and maintain departmental reports and dashboards.
• Lead team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Ensure coverage in scheduling and operator queues as needed.
• Collaborate with Director of Administration on initiatives.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
