• Oversees daily operations of the new and established patient scheduling team.
• Serves as subject matter expert for scheduling workflows and processes.
• Tracks staff performance metrics and KPIs to meet operational goals.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and coordinates with leaders across disease centers.
