Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Scheduler/Admin in Pasadena, CA to lead daily scheduling operations for our security personnel.

You will report to the Director of Operations and drive process improvements while delivering exceptional customer service to internal clients. The role emphasizes strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and collaboration with recruiting, dispatch, and field staff to meet deadlines and optimize staffing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of scheduling experience.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to interact with all levels of management.
• Must work well in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time-management and organization.
• Team player with maturity and a positive attitude.
• Sense of urgency in operations.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
• College degree strongly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling operation and administrative functions
• Support client requests for additional services and change requests
• Communicate with Officers and Field Supervisors to address gaps in scheduled hours
• Provide updates to the Operations Manager and Senior Director on scheduling issues
• Develop and implement project plans to improve scheduling capabilities and responsiveness
• Leverage systems to optimize scheduling and reduce costs
• Coordinate with recruiting, scheduling and dispatch regarding top grades and New Hire training
• Collect and compile data for monthly and quarterly reports
