Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred candidate has either an honorable military discharge, a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in an operations management and project management role.
• Ability to develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs using MS Office or SharePoint.
• Understanding of security operations and contracts management preferred.
• Experience using data to drive operational decisions and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operational and administrative functions of multiple security contracts, overseeing a large workforce.
• Communicate contract performance status to the SVP of Operations and address deficiencies promptly.
• Support operational decision making and develop project plans for initiatives in Nevada.
• Compile productivity and performance dashboards and KPI reports for executive review.
• Ensure high standards of conduct, appearance, performance and training at all times.
