Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, coordinates, and oversees operations activities to ensure contract and company compliance.
• Leads recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluations for management staff within the department.
• Oversees daily workflow of contract managers and teams, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Communicates policies, cost-control reports, and staffing requirements for projects to executives.
• Identifies and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve operations.
• Collaborates with client representatives to align operations with contract terms and company goals.
• Maintains high standards of competence through instruction and training for security personnel.
