Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Manager to oversee daily scheduling operations for security guards in Pasadena. You will report to the Director of Operations and drive improvements in staffing, communication, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing schedules, and coordinating with recruiting and dispatch to optimize coverage and control costs while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Scheduling experience.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Able to interact with all levels of management.
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Scheduling background is preferred.
• College degree strongly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling operation and administrative functions.
• Support Client requests for additional services and change requests.
• Communicate with Officers and Field Supervisors to address gaps in scheduled hours.
• Provide updates to the Operations Manager and Senior Director on scheduling issues.
• Develop and implement plans to improve scheduling operations across California.
• Leverage systems to optimize scheduling and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with recruiting, scheduling and dispatch on top grades and New Hire training.
• Collect and compile data for monthly and quarterly reports.
