Job summary

ADP is seeking a Production Planner for our Miami, FL facility. You will oversee daily planning, follow-up, and optimization of demand to support production deliverables.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflow, analyzing capacity and cycle times, and determining manpower and equipment to meet demand. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, is highly organized, and proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-year experience or equivalent.
• Organized, results-driven with great problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills are very useful for the role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to forge ties and build relations between colleagues.
• Rigor and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Must be bilingual (French and English).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize production workflow for one or multiple production areas.
• Analyze production factors such as capacity, cycle time and urgencies to ensure production plan achievement.
• Determine manpower and equipment to cover production demand.
• Develop standardized, custom reports and KPIs.
• Support the team in capacity modelling and production analysis.
• Support additional ad hoc projects, initiatives, and business needs.
