Transdev in Phoenix, Arizona seeks a Scheduling Manager to lead the Scheduling department and support the Schedulers and Trip Editors in creating efficient schedules that ensure proper coverage and on-time performance.

The role emphasizes developing and maintaining a robust Customer Subscription process, coordinating with agency partners, and reviewing run-cut efficiency to improve service delivery. This leadership position requires transit operations experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of transportation scheduling experience.
• Supervisory experience in planning or scheduling.
• Experience with Trapeze and scheduling/dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and data to improve service delivery.
• Develop and maintain operator shift schedules for each system shift bid.
• Create performance standards and staffing plans.
• Implement daily schedule adjustments to meet on-time performance goals.
• Prepare and distribute scheduling reports (hours, miles, stats).
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis of scheduling methods.
• Coordinate with subcontracted providers on schedules and performance.
• Oversee daily scheduling team operations and performance reviews.
• Review templates and subscription ride services for accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
