RAMCO Home Improvements is seeking an organized Appointment Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule in-home consultations, confirm appointments, send reminders, and maintain accurate CRM notes from first contact.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, online inquiries, and lead submissions with warmth.
• Make outbound calls to schedule in-home consultations for sales reps.
• Confirm appointments, send reminders, and follow up on missed visits.
• Maintain accurate scheduling in the CRM and update notes in real time.
• Coordinate with sales reps to keep calendars full and geographically optimized.
• Pre-qualify leads based on company criteria.
• Provide customers with basic product and service information.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly appointment metrics.
• Communicate with operations regarding customer needs and follow-ups.
• Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
