Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience during installations, relocations, and asset moves.
• Use planning tools and routing systems to drive operational efficiency and timely coordination of field activities.
• Align project timelines across internal departments and customer teams with clear communication.
• Identify schedule risks or delays and initiate corrective actions to maintain continuity.
• Coordinate company resources and third‑party providers to support project needs.
• Develop clear Scopes of Work (SOWs) for installations and relocations.
• Organize, attend, and participate in meetings.
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
• Communicate daily with 3PL partners to confirm schedules and resolve issues.
• Verify deliveries and relocations with accurate documentation and records.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance scheduling accuracy and customer experience.
