Job summary

All Flex Solutions in Minneapolis seeks a dedicated Production Planner to own customer delivery performance from order entry through shipment by coordinating production schedules, material availability and manufacturing priorities.

You will manage schedules, monitor demand, identify risks early, and lead weekly delivery reviews, collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Materials, and Engineering to balance priorities with factory capacity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ASCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned customer accounts and delivery performance.
• Create and maintain production schedules.
• Monitor customer demand and communicate changes.
• Identify delivery risks early and develop recovery plans.
• Lead weekly customer delivery reviews and review shortages.
