Responsibilities

• Facilitate customer communications via calls, emails, or chats with professionalism and efficiency.
• Schedule and manage service appointments for field technicians with prioritization of timeliness and route efficiency.
• Assist existing customers with rescheduling of service appointments.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services that add value.
• Educate customers on features, upgrades, or offerings.
• Document all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on new offerings and promotions.
• Meet or exceed collection targets and assist with billing issues where needed.
