Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Alabama to provide uncompromised service support and administration for internal and external Service Center customers. The role is hourly and based on experience.

Responsibilities include handling calls, scheduling services, processing payments, and maintaining customer records while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Handle incoming calls, schedule a service, take payments, and update customer files.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Work in a team atmosphere to meet the service center's monthly goals.
