Job summary

All Star Smiles Orthodontics is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Amherst, NH-based team, with one day weekly travel to Bedford, NH. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years related scheduling/customer service experience.
• Mature, positive, and customer service-minded.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, fill open appointment slots, and manage scheduling with professionalism.
• Deliver outstanding patient service by answering calls and following up on missed or emergency appointments.
• Coordinate daily operations: prepare morning reports, facilitate staff huddles, and communicate with clinical/financial teams.
• Process payments, send records, manage mail, and keep files organized.
• Maintain scheduling systems: confirm appointments and manage recalls to keep patients engaged.
• Respond to inquiries from referral dentists and new patients with professionalism.
