Virginia Family Dentistry, PC is seeking an Orthodontic Front Desk Scheduler for our Tri-Cities area. You will manage appointment scheduling, patient communications, and daily coordination with the orthodontic team to optimize the schedule.

This non-exempt hourly position offers 4.5 days per week, 8am-5pm, with benefits including health/dental coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth within a patient-centered practice.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of orthodontic office experience
• Attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Review doctor's schedule daily to fill any open appointment times. Monitor changes continuously throughout the day as schedule changes to fill open times
• Confirm, schedule, and follow up on unscheduled appointments
• Answer telephones and check office emails daily
• Run necessary patient reports and make follow up and treatment calls
• Ensure all patient appointment information is up to date
• Assist other team members as needed.
