Job summary

You will coordinate scheduling and operations of healthcare field staff, assist HR activities, and support payroll and client orders. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with strong MS Office and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or customer service with a proven record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in healthcare staffing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and operations of healthcare field staff.
• Handle HR activities including hiring and onboarding.
• Manage personnel files and compliance.
• Answer phones and respond to client orders promptly.
• Assist with payroll and accounts payable tasks.
