Hanna Interpreting Services LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator and Dispatcher to work with our network of interpreters for in-person, video, and telephone jobs. The role involves scheduling, communications, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
You will coordinate interpreters, dispatch to assignments based on availability and expertise, and ensure exceptional client service. The position offers a hybrid work setup and pays $20-22 per hour, depending on experience.
As an Scheduling Coordinator and Dispatcher, you will be working with our network of interpreters to schedule and dispatch for in-person, video, and telephone interpretation jobs. Days are filled with scheduling, phone calls, emails, texts, negotiating, problem solving, and critical thinking.
We service a high volume of interpreting jobs each day, so you will be busy and the day will fly by. A successful Scheduling Coordinator and Dispatcher is cool under pressure and welcomes a challenging day. If you prefer to work in a quiet and/or slower pace, this position is not the right fit. Our coordinators are a fun group because they love what they do, why they do it, and who they do it with!
