Hanna Interpreting Services LLC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator and Dispatcher to manage our network of interpreters and schedule in-person, video, and telephone assignments. The role requires organized, fast‑paced work with a customer‑oriented mindset.

You will coordinate interpreters, dispatch according to expertise and location, communicate with clients, handle last‑minute changes, and contribute to process enhancements in a collaborative, hybrid work setting.

• Interpreter Coordination: Manage a team of interpreters, maintain schedules, ensure readiness for assignments, and support them throughout the process.
• Dispatch Excellence: Assign interpreters to appointments based on expertise, location, and availability while handling time-sensitive demands.
• Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand language service needs and ensure a smooth interpretation process with exceptional service.
• Problem Solving: Tackle logistical challenges, adapt to last-minute changes, and keep all parties informed and comfortable with revised arrangements.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements in interpreter coordination and dispatch systems.
