Job summary

Hanna Interpreting Services LLC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator and Dispatcher to work with our network of interpreters for in-person, video, and telephone interpretation jobs. You'll spend your days scheduling, calling, emailing, texting, negotiating, problem solving, and thinking critically to keep our language services running smoothly.

You will manage interpreter schedules, dispatch based on expertise and availability, and ensure excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.
