HouseWorks, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in Farmington, CT to be the primary contact for clients and caregivers. You will coordinate caregiver scheduling to meet client care needs and supervise caregivers to uphold the company’s mission.

You will manage referrals, maintain EMR records, handle inquiries, and work with state care managers and operations leaders. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced, tech-enabled setting.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communications.
• Ability to work with a wide range of personalities in a diverse environment.
• Strong computer skills, including EMR software and spreadsheet data analysis.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize and assign client schedules; complete tasks on time.
• Coordinate new client referrals to ensure timely staffing; inform operations leaders.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules to promote consistency and cost control.
• Investigate and resolve client scheduling complaints with supervisor guidance.
• Provide progressive disciplinary action for non-clinical issues as needed.
• Advocate for caregivers regarding payroll or client concerns.
• Document interactions in the EMR and keep records up-to-date.
• Collaborate with state care managers on client care changes and issues.
• Assist recruitment and orientation activities for staffing needs.
• Collect service agreements and non-medical forms from clients.
