Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in the homecare or healthcare scheduling preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
• Proficiency with EMR and spreadsheet data.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign client schedules and complete tasks timely.
• Directly manage referrals to ensure timely staffing and inform leadership.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure consistency and cost control.
• Receive and resolve client complaints related to scheduling with supervision.
• Document interactions in the EMR and keep records up to date.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation activities as needed.
• Maintain professional and confidential handling of documents.
