You will be the primary contact for Direct Care Staff and Supervisors on scheduling, hours, and coverage across regional areas, coordinating with Regional Directors and Admissions & Intake.

• Experience in customer service, scheduling, staffing, or coordinating people and schedules.
• Strong organizational and multi-region scheduling abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with DCS, Supervisors, and Regional Directors.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for Direct Care Staff and Supervisors on scheduling, hours, and coverage.
• Receive new cases from Admissions & Intake and track pending assignments until confirmed by Supervisor.
• Process daily reports, cancellations, transfers, and discharge requests; notify the paired Regional Director.
