Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
• Professional phone etiquette with high call volumes.
• Experience in Health Care appointment scheduling and coordination.
• Data entry, recordkeeping and basic office software proficiency.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience in home care or related service industry preferred.
• On-site work in Clifton, NJ with reliable punctuality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin cert a plus.

Responsabilités

• Schedule caregiving services by matching clients and caregivers with input from outreach and clinical teams.
• Provide customer service to both clients and employees.
• Participate in recruiting, screening and hiring caregiving staff.
• Assist applicants with the application and hiring process.
• Maintain personnel files in compliance with agency policy and state regulations.
• Conduct orientation of new para-professional staff.
• Assist in obtaining satisfaction surveys from clients and employees.
