Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a Unit Clerk in New Jersey to support residents and a dedicated care team. The role involves coordinating appointments, transportation, and day-to-day clerical tasks to ensure smooth unit operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Scheduling appointments and transportation for residents.
• Distribute ice water, make beds, and respond to resident call lights.
• Promptly report accidents or incidents observed.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to Charge Nurse or Unit Manager.
• Answer phones as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents and support to the nursing team.
• Schedule and coordinate resident appointments and transportation.
• Distribute supplies and assist with daily living tasks as assigned.
• Report accidents, incidents, and changes in residents' condition to the Charge Nurse/Unit Manager.
• Answer phone calls and triage requests as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, DON, and Administrator.
