Job summary

No Worries Care in Tigard, OR is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to own daily caregiver schedules, match caregivers to clients, and resolve same-day coverage issues in a fast-paced office. You will communicate assignments clearly to caregivers and clients, support onboarding of new caregivers, and help ensure every client shift is covered with empathy and accuracy.

This role collaborates with the client services team to align with each care plan and maintain compliant scheduling records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling, staffing, dispatch, or logistics coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and adjust to last-minute changes.
• Comfort with scheduling software and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

We provide dependable, compassionate, personalized care that helps seniors and adults with disabilities stay independent in their own homes. Our office is in Tigard, and our care teams serve clients in Portland, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Tualatin, Hillsboro, and the surrounding communities.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to own the daily caregiver schedule and keep every client shift covered. You will match caregivers to clients, solve same-day coverage problems, and be a steady point of contact for both. This is a fast-paced office role for someone who stays calm when the plan changes.

Schedule and Location

Full-time, Monday through Friday, in our Tigard office.
