No Worries Care in Tigard, OR is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to own the daily caregiver schedule and ensure every client shift is covered. You will match caregivers to clients, resolve coverage issues, and be a steady point of contact for both peri‑care teams.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of scheduling, staffing, dispatch, or logistics coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Comfort with scheduling software and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Customer service mindset with empathy for clients and caregivers.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain daily and weekly caregiver schedules
• Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, location, and care plan fit
• Communicate assignments and changes clearly to caregivers and clients
• Handle call-offs, shift swaps, and emergency coverage
• Partner with the client services team so coverage matches each care plan
• Track caregiver availability, overtime, travel time, and compliance requirements
• Keep scheduling software and internal records current
• Help onboard new caregivers into the schedule
• Support caregiver retention through direct, timely communication
