No Worries Care in Tigard, OR is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to own daily caregiver schedules, match caregivers to clients, and resolve same-day coverage issues in a fast-paced office. You will communicate assignments clearly to caregivers and clients, support onboarding of new caregivers, and help ensure every client shift is covered with empathy and accuracy.

This role collaborates with the client services team to align with each care plan and maintain compliant scheduling records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling, staffing, dispatch, or logistics coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and adjust to last-minute changes.
• Comfort with scheduling software and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Customer service mindset with genuine empathy for clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily and weekly caregiver schedules.
• Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, location, and care plan fit.
• Communicate assignments and changes clearly to caregivers and clients.
• Handle call-offs, shift swaps, and emergency coverage.
• Partner with the client services team so coverage matches each care plan.
• Track caregiver availability, overtime, travel time, and compliance requirements.
• Keep scheduling software and internal records current.
• Help onboard new caregivers into the schedule.
• Support caregiver retention through direct, timely communication.
