Ardent Home Health & Hospice of Fresno is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage the clinical staff-to-patient scheduling process and support operations of the home health agency. The role requires building positive relationships with internal staff, field staff, patients and families, handling inbound calls, and coordinating staffing solutions across referrals and recertifications.
A minimum of 1 year scheduling experience in healthcare and proficiency with scheduling software such as HCHB

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the clinical staff-to-patient scheduling process and completion of workflow to support operations of the Home Health Agency. This position also requires establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all related entities (internal staff, clinical field employees, contract staff, patients/families, referral sources, etc), responding to staff requests/concerns and maintaining information to assist in the coordination of patient services and staff availability.
