Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Bloomington, IN to partner with the Recruiting Manager and support the Operating Director. The role focuses on caregiver management, scheduling, and office operations to ensure smooth daily workflows.

You will share on-call responsibilities, handle after-hours scheduling changes, and help maintain high-quality client service while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree; relevant experience accepted.
• Valid driver's license and state auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver hiring/termination as needed.
• Schedule client and caregiver calendars using AxisCare.
• Provide general administrative support to the Operating Director.
