Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Scheduler to support full field coordination across team members, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. You will assist in drafting schedules using CPM scheduling programs and help monitor and update project timelines.

You will work with site management to mitigate delays and build relationships across diverse teams, with occasional travel to project sites. Mortenson offers growth opportunities and a collaborative culture that values your contributions.

Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field by summer 2027
• Are willing to be mobile / relocate frequently, for project assignments, based on needs of the business
• Possess a current driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting schedules using common CPM scheduling programs with oversight
• Support supervision through the monitoring and updating of project schedules
• Assist site management to formulate mitigation plans to correct scheduling problems
• Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
• All other duties as assigned
