Job summary

Mortenson Construction is seeking a Scheduler to join our team and support full cycle field coordination across teams, subs, vendors, and suppliers. The role involves routine planning and scheduling tasks with oversight, using CPM tools to draft and update project schedules.

You will work with diverse groups, relocate as needed for project assignments, and contribute to mitigating scheduling challenges while growing your career in a top builder environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree to be completed by summer 2027.
• Willingness to relocate for project assignments.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Internship experience in construction preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrate initiative and leadership.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain schedules using CPM scheduling programs with oversight.
• Monitor and update project schedules to support supervision.
• Assist site management to mitigate scheduling problems.
• Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and levels of the organization.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
