Centurion Health seeks a Full-time Scheduler at Logan Correctional Center in Lincoln, IL. The role focuses on scheduling and supporting medical records management for clients and patients, within regular business hours.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, solid communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 1+ year office experience and ability to obtain security clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication and organization skills, professional phone manners.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and data based programs preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an office setting answering phones, performing clerical duties.

We are currently seeking a Full-time Scheduler to join our team at Logan Correctional Center in Lincoln, Illinois.

The Scheduler performs scheduling services at the assigned site(s). They will provide support to clients and patients by aiding in the management of medical records. This position is typically a FT position (M-F, regular business hours).

Pay Rate: $24.84/hr

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Good communication and organization skills, professional phone manners
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and data based programs preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience working in an office setting answering phones, performing general clerical duties
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
