The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, solid communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 1+ year office experience and ability to obtain security clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication and organization skills, professional phone manners.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and data based programs preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an office setting answering phones, performing clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Scheduler performs scheduling services at the assigned site(s).
• They will provide support to clients and patients by aiding in the management of medical records.
• This position is typically a FT position (M-F, regular business hours).
