Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Scheduler at Logan Correctional Center in Lincoln, Illinois. The role involves scheduling services at the site and assisting in managing medical records to support patients and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication and organization skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior office experience and the ability to obtain required security clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication and organization skills, professional phone manners.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and data based programs preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience working in an office setting answering phones, performing general clerical duties.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• The Scheduler performs scheduling services at the assigned site(s).
• They provide support to clients and patients by aiding in the management of medical records.
