Job summary

AccentCare is hiring a Scheduler in San Diego, CA for a full-time, onsite position. Salary is based on experience. Monday–Friday schedule; onsite only.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience scheduling healthcare staff. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a purpose-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with scheduling healthcare staff is preferred.
• Onsite scheduling role requiring in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Schedule RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA with home-based clients.
• Support fast-paced branch operations and ensure timely staffing.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, payroll and onboarding is a plus.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous Home Care, or Healthcare Operations Strongly Preferred
• Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
• Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations.
