Job summary

AccentCare in San Marcos, CA is seeking a Scheduler for a full-time, on-site role. Work Monday through Friday, coordinating care schedules for home-based clients and supporting care teams. This position offers growth within a compassionate, purpose-driven organization.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, prior scheduling experience in home care or healthcare operations, and ability to manage rosters for RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA staff while maintaining timely staffing.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous Home Care, or Healthcare Operations Experience strongly preferred.
Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients.
Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations.
