Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Home Care Scheduling Coordinator in Burnsville, MN. This full-time, on-site role supports scheduling for nurses and aides, coordinating with the branch team to ensure timely patient care.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior home care or healthcare operations experience is strongly preferred. Salary ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with Monday–Friday onsite work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in home care or healthcare operations is advantageous.
• Experience scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients desired.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding required or beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for home care clients and caregivers.
• Support fast-paced branch operations and staffing needs.
• Assist with onboarding and payroll processes as needed.
