Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is hiring a Scheduler for our San Diego, CA location. This full-time onsite role supports scheduling for home-based patients and coordination with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and HHAs. Compensation is based on experience, with a Monday–Friday onsite schedule.

The role focuses on ensuring efficient branch operations, employee onboarding, payroll processing, and EVV system usage to support patient care. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience scheduling RN/LPN/CNA/HHA with home-based clients.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
• Experience supporting fast-paced branch operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous Home Care, or Healthcare Operations Strongly Preferred
• Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
• Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations.
