Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate home health staffing onsite in Chattanooga, TN. The role supports RN/LPN/CNA/HHA scheduling, ensuring timely visits and optimal patient care.

The ideal candidate has high school completion and experience with EVV, payroll, onboarding, and busy branch operations, with a Monday–Friday onsite schedule. AccentCare emphasizes growth, teamwork, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA for home-based clients.
• Experience with caregiver EVV, payroll, and onboarding.
• Previous experience supporting fast-paced branch operations.
