Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler in San Diego, CA. This full-time, onsite role requires coordinating schedules for home-based care teams including RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA clients.

Compensation is based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no remote work. Benefits are offered and employment is contingent on experience. The ideal candidate has strong organization, communication, and mult-clinic coordination skills, with prior home care or healthcare operations exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Home Care, or Healthcare Operations strongly preferred.
• Experience scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, or HHA with home-based clients.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
• Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations.
