Job summary

AccentCare Inc. in San Marcos, CA is seeking a Scheduler to join our patient-focused home health team.

This full-time, onsite role supports scheduling RN, LPN, CNA and HHA staff for home-based clients and ensures efficient daily operations. Qualifications include a High School diploma and prior scheduling experience in home care or healthcare operations, EVV, payroll and onboarding familiarity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA for home-based clients is preferred.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, payroll and onboarding is desirable.
• Experience supporting fast-paced branch operations is beneficial.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous Home Care, or Healthcare Operations Experience strongly preferred.
Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients.
Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations.
