AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler at our Petaluma office. This full-time role supports our home health teams by coordinating patient appointments, coordinating with clinicians, and ensuring efficient scheduling processes.

Qualifications

Be the Best Scheduler You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with scheduling in the medical field; homecare scheduling experience preferred

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Minimum of one year data entry, word processing and/or medical records maintenance experience in a medical customer service environment generally required
• Home Health Scheduling experience preferred
