Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. in McKinney, TX is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our home health team. This full-time on-site position supports care coordinators by scheduling visits, coordinating patient transport, and maintaining accurate calendars.

You will collaborate with clinicians and other staff, handle data entry tasks, and ensure timely, compassionate service. The role requires a high school diploma and prior scheduling experience in healthcare; home health scheduling is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with scheduling in the medical field; homecare scheduling experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year data entry, word processing and/or medical records maintenance experience in a medical customer service environment generally required.
• Home Health Scheduling experience preferred.
