Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler in Rosemont, IL to manage on-site scheduling for home-based clients. The role requires coordinating field staff (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, therapies) and ensuring coverage aligns with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Base salary is experience-dependent and benefits package supports work-life balance. Ideal candidates will have prior home care scheduling experience, proficiency with EVV and payroll onboarding, and a track record of supporting fast-paced branch operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Home Care or Healthcare Scheduling experience required.
• Experience scheduling field clinical staff (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, and therapies) with home-based clients; preferred.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
• Experience supporting fast-paced branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field clinical staff for home-based clients on a Monday–Friday onsite schedule.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure timely visits and coverage.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and EVV data.
